Facelift Surgery

Everyone ages. Following a face lift, though, patients can exhibit a more rested, relaxed, and youthful appearance. Patients who protect their skin from the harmful effects of the sun and smoking, and maintain the health of their skin by following a medical-grade skin regimen, along with a healthy diet, will maintain their aesthetic benefit indefinitely. Dr. Orloff is well-known for his exceptional ability to produce healthy, natural-looking results.

A full face lift surgery is a procedure where excess skin from the face, neck, and jaw line is undermined and removed to create a softer and more youthful look. A full face lift also includes a neck lift for the full effect of raising and tightening all sagging skin near the face.

How It Works

Incisions are made in the junctions between the face and ears and at the hairline. The skin of the face and neck is gently elevated, and the deeper tissues are tightened to provide a longer-lasting lift. Incisions are precisely closed using a hair-sized suture to minimize their visibility so that no one will ever know that you have undergone facelift surgery. Aging faces lose fat volume, so some fat grafting may be necessary during your individual facelift to add a more youthful appearance.

Dr. Orloff individualizes full face-lift surgery for each patient, depending on his or her needs. At your initial consultation, he will discuss with you your desired goals, and develop a treatment plan especially for you.
