Upper Blepharoplasty

(Upper Eye Lid)
Sagging eye lids can make you look tired, angry, or unhappy…when you are none of these! Our eyes communicate to the world how we feel. We may feel young and full of energy, but our eyes may tell a different story. Upper Blepharoplasty is a procedure that improves all of that.

Upper Blepharoplasty is a common procedure where excess skin & fat are trimmed away. The incisions are well camouflaged in the eyelid crease. The procedure opens up the eyes, restoring a more active, youthful appearance.

Lower Blepharoplasty

(Lower Eye Lid)
Lower Blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure performed to remove fatty pouches under the eyes. An incision is made inside the eyelid so the healed scar is completely invisible.

Lower eyelid blepharoplasty can make a remarkable difference in the appearance of the face, alleviating the appearance of tiredness and old age by eliminating the excess, wrinkly skin beneath the eyes. The eyes appear fresher and more youthful.

Important note: Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is often combined with laser resurfacing or “peel” procedures to improve the  dark circles, fine lines or wrinkles around the eyes.

There are various techniques utilized for eyelid surgery, and at the initial consultation, Dr. Orloff will assess your individual concerns and formulate a treatment plan best suited to meet your desired goals.
